Cancellation Policy

Terms of Cancellation

If a candidate, learner, or client decides to cancel their assessment after being registered with the Awarding Body, a refund will be issued minus £265 + VAT to cover the Awarding Body registration costs and administrative charges.

If the registration with the Awarding Body has not yet taken place, a refund will be issued minus £65 + VAT to cover administrative fees.

A cancellation is eligible for a refund only if no assessment activities or attempts have taken place and the request is made within three months (the cooling-off period) from the date of the first instalment payment.

If the assessment has already started and/or the three-month cooling-off period has passed, no refund will be issued.

Client Protection Clause

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent process.

If no service or contact has been provided within 7 business days of payment and no assessment activity or attempt has taken place, the client is entitled to a full 100% refund upon request.
