Late Payment Policy

Late Payment Fees

We have a 'Late Payment Fees' policy in place for failed montlhy payments and overdue invoices for BACS payments. These fees are aligned with the candidate assessment completion progress and the payment plan selected by the customer at the time of making the booking.

The decision was made following an excessive number of unagreed delayed payments which have had an impact on our business, as well as admin resources in an endeavour to chase late payments.

Going forward, Up Level is going to apply an admin fee (aka chasing fee) £65 + VAT per each unsettled payment/invoice overdue by more than 30 days from the due date.

Any Late Payment Fee will be added directly to your account, in addition to our assessment fee and any other selected packages. This fee will be updated on the existing (unsettled) invoice, which will then be re-sent to your registered email address.

Please note: Up Level will only release candidate certificates once all outstanding invoices, including any Late Payment Fees, have been settled.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
