As of the 7th of Jan 2022, the "Late Payment Fees" are introduced on overdue invoices issued to the customer based on the candidate assessment completion progress and in line with the customer selected payment plan at the time of making the booking.
The decision was made following an excessive number of unagreed delayed payments which have had an impact on our business, as well as admin resources in an endeavour to chase late payments.
Going forward, Up Level is going to apply an admin fee (a.k.a. chasing fee) £50 + VAT per calendar month on each unsettled invoice overdue by more than 30 days from the due date (stated on the invoice), or the 7th Jan 2022 (if the due date was before the start of this policy).
The Late Payment Fee will be automatically added to the account on top of our assessment fee including additional packages (if any selected by the client). The Late Payment Fee will be reflected on the same (unsettled) invoice and re-sent to the client email address.
Thereby, before Up Level will release any candidate certificates, the client must clear unsettled invoices (including the Late Payment Fee).
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
I have unsettled invoices with Up Level Ltd, what should I do?
Get in touch with the Up Level admin team to discuss the situation and agree on a further course of action. The Late Payment Fee is avoidable, the communication and following an agreed action plan is paramount in settling the case.
