FAQ
Common Questions, Answered
Everything you need to know about accreditation, eligibility, and what happens after your assessment.
Once your assessment has been successfully completed and your qualification is ready to be issued, you have a few options if you're paying by instalments:
- Pay the remaining balance in full and we'll issue your certificate immediately.
- Continue with your payment plan, and we'll issue your certificate once the final instalment has been received.
- Request an Early Certificate Release (ECR), which may allow you to receive and use your certificate before your payment plan is completed. To do this, you'll need to sign an ECR agreement and provide identification and proof of address — this helps protect both parties while you continue making your scheduled payments.
If you have any questions about your payment plan or certificate release options, our team will be happy to help.
